WHO SAID THE MALL WAS ABOUT SHOPPING?

Is it a mall or a museum?
Northpark Mall in Dallas is not just a great place to shop, but also a great place to view some amazing art. Which is what I did today.
Here's just a few colorful pieces

20 Elements by Joel Shapiro

The Field Of The Cloth Of Gold by Jim Dine

And you can't miss the giant Frank Stella
Washington Island Gadwall (Exotic Birds) by Frank Stella
If I would have said, "Now were going to look at a piece done in crayon, enamel, and glitter."  would you have guessed it would be worth thousands?

The shops were fun to look at as well.
Try to ignore the goofy mannequins.

They may be just for display, but I'm lovin' these stools.

90 % of the time I go shopping just to
check out the new windows or creative displays in a store.

There was no shortage of interesting chandeliers
at the mall.

Check out this funky chandelier from the Neiman Marcus kids dept.
