THE INSPIRED WORKS

This week I received some great photos of items inspired by some past posts.
Like this cool hand chair...

Susan was inspired by the dramatic Friedeberg hand and foot chairs pictured in January's SITTING PRETTY post. She didn't have to spend the $24,000 to buy herself one because she suddenly remembered that she happened to have a plastic hand chair in her attic. She pulled it out, or more like she made her husband go up into the attic and find it for her, and then she sprayed it with some metallic spray paint. She's working on a complete living room redesign, but we'll just have to wait a little longer for the big-reveal photos. But so far…the chair looks pretty good.

Holly, inspired by the INSPIRED BY TIMOTHY OULTON post from just a few days ago, sent me this picture of an old table that she gave new life to by painting the Union Jack on top. Great Idea.

That is what this blog is all about, INSPIRATION! Inspiration to design, remodel,  create or just do more of whatever it is that you do in a new inspiring way.
Every DIY project that I create for this blog, like this box, is because I've been inspired by something I've seen while blogging.

All those beautiful marble and agate boxes inspired my box design that you can find the diy directions to HERE.

So if you've been inspired to do something, please share your photo's with us.

I'll leave you with a couple new inspiring photo's.

If these fun pieces of furniture inspire you to make a giraffe lamp, a cow table or maybe a sloth chair…please share…because I know we would all love to see that.
